Lawyer Pham Ngoc Hai currently serves as Director of AMI Law Firm and Arbitrator at the Vietnam–China International Arbitration Center (VCITAC). With extensive experience in litigation and corporate legal advisory, particularly for foreign-invested enterprises, he has been directly involved in handling numerous complex disputes involving significant claim values.

Alongside his legal practice, he holds the position of Deputy Head of the Professional Division under a Decision issued by the University of Law – Hue University; he also serves as Chairperson of the Young Lawyers Club under the Hai Chau Ward Youth Union. In addition, Lawyer Hai actively engages in scientific research, professional seminars, and academic exchanges through press and television platforms. This multidimensional engagement has contributed to strengthening his professional foundation and shaping the development of legal services at AMI.

Pursuant to Decision No. 481/QD-DHL dated June 10, 2024 issued by the University of Law – Hue University on the establishment of the Executive Board and Supporting Committees for coordinating the University’s academic competitions, Lawyer Pham Ngoc Hai serves as Deputy Head of the Academic Committee.
